Opportunity for a Derivatives & Structured Products Solicitor to join a Global, Top 10 Law Firm in their London office at either Associate or Senior Associate level.

They are recognised as market-leaders in Debt Capital Markets and Derivatives & Structured Products and are led by a leading Partner who is recognised in the Hall of Fame for the field.

Vacancy

Their highly ranked debt capital markets practice provides expert advice on the full spectrum of debt capital markets and structured finance transactions and derivatives.

They advise across all asset classes and globally and act for major financial institutions, funds, government-sponsored entities, asset managers, and commercial end-users.

The team are experts in derivatives, structured products, regulatory reform, stress, distress and insolvency.

They're now looking to hire an Associate and Senior Associate to advise on:

• Establishment, updating of on and off balance sheet structured products programmes
• Securitised and OTC derivatives
• Hedging arrangements as part of structured finance transactions
• Structured repo and securities lending arrangements
• Repackagings
• Regulatory advice

Requirements

• UK qualified Derivatives & Structured Products Solicitor
• For the Associate role, between 1 - 5 years' PQE
• For the SA role, between 5 - 10 years' PQE
• Experienced gained at a comparable international law firm
