Daily Rate: £162.31 - £223.62

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role: You will teach Design and Technology across Key Stages 3 and 4. The role involves planning and delivering lessons that encompass various disciplines, such as Product Design, Graphics, Resistant Materials, or Textiles, while fostering a love for innovation and practical learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in Design and Technology.
• Inspire and challenge students to develop technical and creative skills.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to ensure achievement.
• Promote safe working practices in the classroom and workshop settings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share innovative teaching resources.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities, such as clubs and competitions, to enrich the student experience.

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• A degree in Design and Technology, or a related field.
• Strong subject knowledge in one or more areas of Design and Technology.
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• A passion for teaching and inspiring young minds.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaboration.
