Role: Design Coordinator/ Architectural Technician

Location: Wickford, Essex

Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience

The Role:

A regional generalist building contractor. Predominantly working on fitout and newbuild construction projects spanning over Commercial and educational.

They are ideally looking for someone with a few years experience for a contractor who can support a Design Manager. It would then be expected that the successful candidate after some time would start to pickup their own smaller schemes

Responsibilities:

• Architectural working drawing and design skills
• Have knowledge and understanding of the Building Regulations
• Ability to use AutoCAD, Excel and Word
• Must be able to use your own initiative to complete tasks
• Managing standard details and specifications and ensuring these are issued out on the relevant projects
• Aiding the Design Manager
