Design Manager - Special Purpose Machinery

£50,000 - £60,000 Per Annum + Directorship + Bonus + 33 Days Holiday

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

This company have been expanding and are looking for this hire to spearhead the growth and development of their Design Engineering team. This is a pivotal role where you will consult clients on bespoke solutions and oversee the design process start to finish.

This will be a varied role that you can make your own and you will inherit a high performing Design Engineering team from day one. You will need to demonstrate experience on technical design engineering work, as well as man management skills.

The Role:

* Oversee projects start to finish

* Working on bespoke machinery and solutions for a range of clients

* Responsible for development and growth of the Design Engineering department

The Candidate:

* Previous experience designing special purpose machinery

* Previous experience with management

* Commutable to Walsall
