We are working alongside a thriving secondary school in Basingstoke who are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Design Technology Teacher to join them in January 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Design Technology Teacher to inspire students and contribute to a dynamic learning environment.

Requirements:

• Must be a qualified teacher.
• Experience teaching Design Technology at Key Stages 3 and 4, with a strong understanding of the curriculum.
• Proficiency in a range of Design Technology specialisms, such as Resistant Materials, Graphics, Product Design, or Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Design Technology lessons that cater to students' needs and encourage creativity and problem-solving.
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment, including overseeing the use of tools, machinery, and materials.
• Support and monitor students' progress, providing feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support students' learning and well-being.
