- Responsibility for settlement of Total Loss claims including
- Obtaining policy info
- Indemnity checks
- Payment requests
- Payment Confirmations
- Salvage Disposal
- Engagement with Davies Tech team
Key Responsibilities - Escalation management
- Ensure targets are reached, maintained
- To produce daily statistics
- Development of team to achieve client SLA's via support and coaching and feedback
- Ensure a high level of staff engagement
- Assisting in conducting regular performance and audit reviews
- Continuous improvement focus leading excellent customer service
- To challenge processes to continue improvement of best practise.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Communicates both internally and externally to the business.
- Excellent time management skills with a proactive approach strong numeracy, literacy and IT skills
- Being able to adjust quickly and efficiently to maximize efficiency of the team/workloads.
- Previous vehicle valuation experience (Glass's / CAP etc...) would be advantageous but not a requirement.
