WHO WE ARE?

We are recruiting a Desktop Support Engineer to work with a leading national security company in central London on a contract basis. Due to the nature of this client you will need enhanced DV clearance. You will be working at National Security level and will therefore be required on-site at least 4 days per week.

WHAT WILL THE DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER BE DOING?

You will be part of a company that supports the UK Government at National Security level in their IT/Communications support and will play a pivotal part in making sure these systems never fail.

WE NEED THE DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER TO HAVE….

• Current Enhanced DV clearance
• Deal with new device requests via the service management tool
• Various equipment installations and upgrades
• Issue, update and close guest access tokens
• Be on hand to deal with customer queries
• Manage device stock, repair any faulty equipment and return broken equipment
