In this role, you will provide high-quality desktop support to end-users, ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Support operating systems, including Windows and macOS.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications and remote desktop tools.
- Collaborate with the IT team to deliver effective technical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with end-users to ensure their satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows and macOS).
- Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office applications and remote desktop tools.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
