Logistics Administrator
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a supportive operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Release orders from SAP/WMS system
Create and release pick lists
Build shipments on internal and external portals
Update data in SAP system
Maintain and update master trackers
Create and print despatch labels and manifests
Book in deliveries and manage related documentation
Handle incoming calls and queries from other departments
Monitor and support re-work projects
Run replenishment reports and manage stock transfers
Monitor component supplies for ongoing projects
Handle stock enquiries and process returns
Carry out general administrative duties as required
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience in a logistics, warehouse or supply chain admin role
Familiarity with SAP or WMS systems (preferred)
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive and can-do attitude
