Job Title: Developer

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Developer to join our small internal development team. The role will initially involve transitioning an existing product in-house and, over time, addressing new development requirements. You will play a key role in optimizing solutions, automating testing processes, and supporting product roll-out to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Senior Developer to transition an existing solution in-house.
• Develop and maintain an automated testing framework for the product.
• Identify and propose new or improved approaches to existing solutions.
• Facilitate the roll-out of the solution to the client base.
• Provide second-line support for the product.

Qualifications:

Must have:

• Minimum of 2 years of development experience with:
  • C# (.Net v5 or later)
  • Experience with MS SQL Server or similar databases
  • Automated testing skills

Should have:

• Experience with AWS Infrastructure
• Database modeling and design expertise

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the Energy Trading industry

Supervision:The Developer will report day-to-day to the Senior Developer and periodically to the project manager. Line management will be under the IT Manager.

Working Conditions:The role will be based in Leatherhead, UK, with flexible remote working options. Occasional travel to Europe may be required.
