About You as Developer for Senior Applications (Full Stack):

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Developer Senior Applications (Full Stack) to take on a role with a great deal of autonomy and work on excited projects within the Financial Services Industry. The ideal candidate will have Full Stack experience, be able to create and work with projects from scratch and will ideally have had previous experience working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to maximise website analytics and web tracking to assist the continued ambitious growth of Love Finance.

Desirable Criteria: Background in Financial Services or Transferable Industry, have worked on data and analytics optimisation alongside of the Marketing and Sales

Duties of the Developer Senior Applications

• As app developer create, applications required to deliver the business goals using the appropriate tools and techniques, with a dual aspect to the role in that the product is delivered via multiple channels (Web, Mobile, People) and this has to function seamlessly with the back-office systems, so full-stack, n-tier experience is a must at senior level
• The App focus will require a strong appreciation of the App development environment covering all major browsers and reactive approaches, and in the deployment and management of networked applications with significant user base and data collection
• Business systems focus will be on the integration with the back office platforms (CRM, Lending Management, Credit Management and Financial), creating applications that support the administration of the business, with the app developer bringing domain knowledge in working with CRM and LMS platforms, especially with a "lending/financial business" angle
• All the developers will be expected to be involved in the gathering and understanding of business requirements and working with the wider development, architecture and infrastructure team to design, plan and develop systems that meet the goals of the requirements
• Domain expert. The App Developer will bring knowledge and expertise in the creation of software to efficiently execute the businesses vision as code. With a good understanding of cloud systems (primarily GCP), architectural and design patterns

The App Developer may use a number of tools and techniques to assist with the development of the software and should have a clear understanding of multiple software languages such as Dart/Java and scripting languages like JavaScript/NodeJS/Python. Expertise in Google’s Flutter platform is essential.
