DevOps Engineer / Platform Engineer / MLOps Engineer Computer Vision Start-Up - London (Hybrid, 2 days per week in office) Up to £95,000 + benefits

OVERVIEWAn innovative computer vision start-up in the retail and manufacturing sector is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You'll be part of a fast-growing team working on cutting-edge AI solutions to improve real-time product tracking, inventory management, and data-driven insights for major FMCG brands.

THE COMPANY Operating in the retail/FMCG space, this start-up develops Synthetic Computer Vision (SCV) models that help companies automate real-time tasks in stores and logistic centres, ensuring optimal product placement and inventory management. The company is planning its Series A funding and is growing fast, making it an exciting time to join.

THE ROLEAs a DevOps Engineer, you will:- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS or GCP.- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software updates.- Collaborate closely with the AI and Engineering teams to optimise infrastructure for machine learning workflows.- Stay up to date with emerging DevOps and MLOps technologies to drive innovation.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Strong experience with Python, Terraform, and AWS/GCP/Azure (AWS preferred).- Background in infrastructure engineering, ideally within a start-up or scale-up environment.- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, with bonus points for experience deploying models in GPU environments.
