#BelongWithUs Come and join us as a Data Administrator and help us to exceed customer expectations and share our success in a committed and friendly environment The role: As a Data Administrator you will support our quality first ethos, ensuring our boiler and diagnostic data is accurate and easily understood.Working with customer information, ensuring you are compliant with sensitive data and have a customer first ethic.Working across functions you will embed with business stakeholders and suppliers to collect, analyse and transform data whilst consulting on business data standards that underpin our data governance policies. It's a great team to work in - we take huge pride in creating an inclusive workplace that celebrates and values diversity.Key Responsibilities: Operate in line with department procedures and the defined change control process for the logging, checking and authorisation of updates to help ensure the highest level of accuracy possible.Review and maintain product information and other commercial data as required.              Contact suppliers and procurement teams requesting data sets, managing deadlines and expectations in line with business requirements.Create diagnostic content and enhance attribute data that supports SEO and the onsite customer journey.Challenge and highlight data inconsistencies through quality reporting and presenting queries back to originators where provided information may be inaccurate or of poor quality.Raise the bar and enhance the reputation of the department for service and quality, to all stakeholders.Help ensure that product data is set up and maintained consistently both across and within brands.Understand the implications of proposed changes and request further validation prior to action.Develop knowledge of various appliances used in heating, ventilation, and hot water systems, including boilers, air source heat pumps, showers, heat interface units, and mechanical ventilation and heat recovery units.This is a remote based opportunity although you will need to travel to our office for ad hoc team meetings.Our office is based in Chorley, and you must be based in the UK.You: You’ll live and breathe our Customer First ethos, with an innovative and agile approach to problem-solving. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with the wider team and you’ll thrive on delivering excellent data entry. Required skills and competencies: Previous experience working within an Administrative or Data role would be beneficial. Able to review and challenge instructions where ambiguity may exist.Competent in use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Google (Sheets/Docs)Excellent grasp of the English Language both written and verbal.A team player, who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.Don’t meet every single requirement?
