Dietitian- Band 6 or 7 (x2 roles available)
Location: Wolverhampton
Working Hours : 37.5hours 8:30-4:30
Start date: ASAP End date: Ongoing
- Band 6 or 7. Really need to be F2F, could poss accommodate 1 day remote
- one community nutrition support job and the other is oncology. Both would need experience in those fields.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care:
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients requiring specialized nutrition support.
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans, including recommendations for enteral and parenteral feeding regimens.
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust nutrition plans based on clinical indicators and lab results.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on nutrition strategies and feeding techniques.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and case reviews to address complex patient needs.
