Band: Band 5 (with post grad experience)/ 6/ 7

Base: Preston

Start Date: ASAP, 3 months+

Hours: Full time/ 37.5 hours (part- time considered_

Clinical work: Community- Adults

-Community , nutrition support and HEF

-Face to face

-Need own trasnport due to nature of area and community caseload own transport
