Digital Analyst - Forward Role : Job Details

Digital Analyst – up to £35,000

Nottingham – Hybrid

The Digital team are growing, and are on the hunt for a passionate and ambitious Digital Analyst to join the innovative team, the goal to deliver actionable insights from digital data, enhancing the market strategy.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Monitoring digital analytics metrics, reporting on trends and identifying opportunities.
• Analysis of digital data, building an in depth understanding of the customer and user behaviours.
• Evaluating campaign, onsite and a/b test performance – conversion, funnel analysis, user journey etc.
• Support channel managers (e.g. Web, SEO, PPC etc) in understanding channel performance and help drive strategies
• Ensure accuracy and efficient data collection across multiple brands, managing tagging and tracking across multiple brand websites, managing cookie consent and staying up to date with privacy regulations.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience working in a data driven marketing role (e.g. Digital Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Digital Marketing Executive etc).
• Experience working with GA4 and using reporting/data visualisation tools such as Looker (or similar)
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager is desirable, but not essential
• Comfortable working with large and complex data sets, pulling out insights and presenting to senior stakeholders
• Thrives of a challenge and loves solving problems, the successful candidate will be a self-starter and eager to learn new skills.
