Digital Business Analyst

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Location: West Midlands (Hybrid – 1 to 2 days a week in the office)

Xpertise are excited to be working with a multi-national organisation in the retail sector to source them a Business Analyst to join their Digital team. The scope of work varies from project to project but surrounds Ecommerce, Online Portals, EDI, IT systems and Process improvement. This role will play a big part in shaping the future of the organisation and aid in enabling them to work in more effective and efficient ways.

I’m looking to speak and meet with individuals who have demonstrable experience working as a Business Analyst on a range of Digital IT projects and possess the capabilities needed to be successful in this role. Personality is a crucial factor to this role and I’m looking for individuals who have excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic nature.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Writing clear requirements that can be easily translated into technical requirements
• Clear and precise process maps that provide a thorough understanding of mapped processes
• Strong experience demonstrating TO-BE processes
• Preparing business analysis documentation
• Supporting in testing and execution
• Liasing with stakeholders, communicating complex technical concepts effectively to stakeholders of varying technical understanding

Experience required:

• 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working within the Retail, Wholesale sectors preferable but not essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
