Digital Desk Operator - West Mercia Police : Job Details

The main purpose of the role is to To review and process Emergency and Non Emergency digital contact for a policing service, determining the initial level of response ensuring all crimes are recorded in line with NCRS and when appropriate provide a suitable resolution at the first point of contact in line with national requirements, Force Policy, working practices and service standards.

• Digital Desk Operator is an office based role
• Permanent
• Once paper sifted, successful candidates will be invited to an assessment centre and an interview
