As a Digital Fundraising Officer you will:
- Plan and execute digital fundraising campaigns across various platforms.
- Develop paid campaigns on charity platforms to increase revenue.
- Optimise donation platforms and landing pages to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with agencies to meet project deadlines and budgets.
- Innovate strategies to acquire and retain digital supporters.
- Propose new fundraising campaigns and optimise the online shop.
- Enhance digital engagement and supporter journeys through targeted content.
- Analyse campaign performance and audience data to drive improvements.
- Provide insights to optimise fundraising activities and improve results.
- Contribute to the Individual Giving Programme and manage budgets.
- Track digital expenditures and ensure regulatory compliance.
You'll likely be someone who:
- Has knowledge of digital fundraising and marketing tools.
- Has experience in multi-channel campaigns and project management.
- Is proficient in Meta, PPC, and Google Analytics.
- Holds a digital marketing qualification.
- Is passionate about social impact and making a difference.
- Is familiar with Salesforce, Canva, Wordpress, and analytics tools.
