- Collaborate with senior management to create and maintain marketing plans that align with the moving business goals.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns and projects from initial concept through to completion.
- Monitor and allocate budgets effectively to maximize results.
- Design and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and sales aids, for both print and digital platforms.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Plan and execute targeted e-marketing campaigns and analyse results to inform future improvements.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop innovative sales initiatives and packages to market specific moving products and services.
- Promote new product launches to existing moving customers to create upsell opportunities.
- Manage and enhance the CRM system, ensuring engaging and impactful content delivery.
- Support lead generation, lead nurturing activities, and occasional participation in events, seminars, and exhibitions.
Requirements:
- Degree in business or marketing, or relevant experience in a digital marketing role.
- Willingness to learn and contribute flexibly to support company objectives.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of marketing principles.
- Exceptional writing skills, particularly in sales copy and article creation.
- Proficiency in general IT tools and applications.
- Knowledge of WordPress or other content management systems.
- Basic design skills or familiarity with graphic design software.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques such as SEO, email campaigns, PR, and influencer outreach.
- Experience travelling, living, or working abroad (a bonus).
