Reed Marketing and Creative is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team on a fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. This role is based in the vibrant town of Guildford and offers a competitive salary.

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various online and social media platforms to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Analyse market trends and customer behaviour data to refine digital strategies and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality content for digital channels.
• Optimise website content for search engines (SEO) and manage Google AdWords (SEM) to increase visibility and traffic.
• Monitor and manage the company’s social media profiles, engaging with the audience and creating a strong online community.

• Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
• Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent communication and creative skills, with an ability to use data to inform decisions.
• A degree in Marketing or relevant field is desirable.
