We are seeking a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a keen interest in SEO and PPC to join our leading manufacturing client in Nottingham.

Working alongside the strategic marketing lead, you will support commercial initiatives, taking ownership of digital campaigns as well as website maintenance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• PPC and SEO Campaigns: Manage and optimize PPC and SEO efforts, focusing on growth and lead generation. Leverage Google Ads and analytics for campaign suggestions and ensure ongoing performance.
• Content Management & Website Maintenance: Update web content, products, and pricing using a front-end builder (rows and columns), ensuring SEO best practices.
• Email Marketing & Automation: Design and execute email campaigns using Force24, manage database segments, and engage inactive contacts.
• CRM & Database Management: Maintain customer data accuracy, manage CRM activities, and support lead management for effective marketing outreach.
• Analytics and Reporting: Review campaign metrics and analytics to provide actionable insights for future strategy.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interest or foundational knowledge in PPC and SEO.
• Knowledge of email design and automation, with experience in campaign creation.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and database management.
• Analytical mind-set with attention to detail in reporting and data-driven decision-making.
• Comfortable working with front-end web content builders.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
