Venn Group is partnering with a renowned welfare charity to recruit a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive for a short-term interim role. This is a unique opportunity to provide crucial support across a range of exciting digital projects.
Key duties:
- Update webforms to enhance user experience and accessibility
- Support the Fundraise Up launch by implementing changes to donation forms to capture accurate source codes, enabling testing to commence
- Use DotDigital to assist in adjusting automated emails to enable selective unsubscribing, whilst ensuring compliance with consent requirements
- Temporarily oversee various agency relationships to maintain continuity and efficiency
- Provide essential support in management of the website, social media platforms and online shops
- Collaborate with teams across Communications, Applications Development, and Fundraising
Ideal candidate:
- In-depth knowledge of Dotdigital
- Hands-on experience with online donation platforms, preferably Fundraise Up, including setup or migration from another system
- Skilled in using content management systems, ideally Drupal
- Proficiency in social media management tools, ideally Hootsuite
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Experience in e-commerce or managing an online store
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to quickly adapt and make an impact

Working hours: Full time
Working pattern: On-site for the first 2 weeks, and then hybrid (3 days per week in office)
