I'm recruiting for a market-leading property developer based in Greenwich, London, seeking an immediately available Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for an interim role before securing a permanent position, or for a senior marketer seeking a new opportunity in the meantime. The role covers all aspects of the marketing mix, including Meta/Google Ads, SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website management.

About the Role:

Job Title: Temporary Digital Marketing Executive (10-week FTC)Location: North Greenwich, London (4 days per week in the office)Contract Type: 10-week Fixed Term Contract (with potential to extend or go permanent)Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Organic Social Media: Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, while managing community engagement and collaborating with internal teams on content streams.
• Email Marketing: Work with the Property, Brand & Gallery teams to execute email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other HTML email platforms, ensuring campaigns are optimised and effective.
• Website Management: Assist with uploading content across 7 different websites, utilising WordPress and Prismic to keep content fresh and up-to-date.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various business teams to ensure digital marketing activities align with business goals, ensuring consistency across all channels.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience with organic social media management (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
• Strong experience in email marketing, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HTML-based email campaigns
• Experience in content management systems (WordPress, Prismic, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for content and design
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to keep teams in the loop
• A solutions-driven, results-focused mindset
• Previous experience in the property industry is a plus, but not essential
