£28k - £35k DOE

We are working with a small but fast-growing Digital Marketing agency in Northampton who are undergoing rapid expansion as they move into 2025, including moving into a custom-designed office, which will be a huge catalyst for their growth.

It’s a brilliant agency, which is founder-led and have spent 5 years building organically, delivering performance & SEO marketing growth for a portfolio of big-brand clients and gaining a fantastic reputation within the Northampton area.

The owner is passionate about his people and has zero employee turnover so far, which is testament to the culture him and his team have created. For example, this year they are visiting BrightonSEO as a team (all expenses covered) to ensure they are at the forefront of the industry.

As they continue to grow and land more clients, particularly in ecommerce brands, they’re now looking to grow their team further with an SEO Executive - to drive organic growth, improve search visibility, and manage client SEO campaigns.

It would suit an SEO Specialist with good experience acrosstechnical SEO, on-page and off-page optimisation, and digital PR and a genuine passion for delivering first-class customer service.
