The Digital Marketing Manager plays a vital role in planning, managing, and deploying marketing initiatives for the company. Your responsibility is to support our client in delivering a diverse range of initiatives across the online and offline marketing mix, including assisting with event management and marketing systems management. This role provides core support for all marketing functions and business-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Tasks

  • Lead the execution of digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, admin related activity.
  • Leads special projects working closely with the appropriate departments on technical marketing activity such as updating and maintaining buyer personas, market insights reports, and focus groups.
  • Devise and execute Digital marketing strategies.
  • Lead let-up strategy for new asset buildings working with stakeholders to collate information.
  • Supports Event Coordinators for any operational needs for events, such as health and safety, AV, and extra support for all events.
  • Responsible for coordinating and writing all marketing reporting, on monthly and quarterly basis, written in concise business English.
  • Manages internal marketing communications with staff.
  • Manages award submissions and collates information from across the team.
  • Works with stakeholders on new business development tasks, such as pitch decks and presentations.
  • Works with all stakeholders on corporate responsibility-related activities, reports, and submissions.
  • Coordinates the marketing team's submissions to client proposals for new projects.
  • Responsible for managing opex budgets for each building.
  • Responsible for fundraising activity and systems management for our corporate responsibility initiative working closely with the Brand Director on strategy and execution.

  • Support the Marketing Team in implementing engaging community-building events for residents
  • To undertake any other duties as are reasonably requested from time to time.

Person specification

  • Actively embrace and work within the Company Values.

  • Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and verbally, including drafting correspondence and documents
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and be organised and efficient
  • Demonstrable experience and ability to use ICT packages i.e. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and enthusiasm
  • Pragmatic, creative approach to problem-solving, with emphasis on fast and practical solutions.
  • Demonstrable experience of taking responsibility for own actions and development opportunities, maintaining high levels of integrity.
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, and mutual respect; accepting differences and treating everyone fairly.
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, and a keen eye for detail.
