Digital Marketing Manager

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm

Location: Remote

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and drive revenue within the housing and care sectors.
• Lead the planning and implementation of targeted campaigns to increase brand visibility, improve conversion rates, and achieve lead generation goals.
• Manage and optimise various marketing channels, including website, paid advertising, account-based marketing, and other digital platforms, to maximize ROI.
• Utilise data-driven insights to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and continuously optimise marketing efforts.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support marketing initiatives.

Skills/Experience Required:

• Proven track record of success in digital marketing and demand generation, with a strong focus on B2B marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of HubSpot, website management, paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), marketing automation, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• A strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven marketing and a commitment to delivering results.
