Futures are super excited to be partnering with a well-established consumer goods business. They have been established over 35 years ago and have a portfolio of high-quality, sustainble products within non-food & drink FMCG categories.

Due to an internal promotion, the company are hiring for a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of the full digital calendar, building and implementing organic and paid strategies across social, email and e-com channels.

As Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for...

• Crafting and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Overseeing multi-channel campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Analysing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and providing actionable insights to optimize results.
• Managing a small team of marketing specialists and collaborating with creative and development teams.
• Allocating and tracking budgets to ensure cost-effective results.
• Staying ahead of digital trends, technologies, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and competitive.

• Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content strategies.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
