Digital Marketing Manager – PPC & Paid Social

Media City – 2 days in the office

Salary £30- £36k

Join this fast-growing B2B marketing agency in Manchester as they look to hire a data-driven digital marketer with a passion for PPC and Paid Social. Do you thrive in a close-knit agency environment, managing performance campaigns for B2B clients? If so, they want you on their team! 

Working closely alongside a super talented Account Director you’ll join a long-standing and industry renowned agency who have recently won several new clients, including a global logistics account, and are expanding their digital team.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, execute and optimise PPC and Paid Social campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, etc)
• Develop data-driven ad strategies to maximize ROI and lead generation
• Analyse campaign data and provide insights and recommendations
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management
• Work closely with content, design, and as a key part of the client services team to align paid media with overall marketing goals

What they’re looking For

• Hands-on experience managing PPC & Paid Social campaigns
• Solid understanding of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads for B2B lead generation
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting tools
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to lead client conversations and make recommendations
