Overview:Grants Foods are looking for a Digital Media Apprentice to join their hard-working team. The ideal candidate would have Social Media experience, be organised and can work to deadlines, and the rest can be learned through our training program.

Responsibilities:

• Being a first point of contact for customers via inbound enquiries. You will solve problems where applicable.
• Support the marketing team by creating engaging content for social media platforms (particularly TikTok), newsletters, and campaigns.
• Assist in managing and scheduling posts across social media platforms using tools like Hootsuite.
• Use Microsoft Outlook to Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
• Assist in tracking and reporting marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain the company website, ensuring content is up to date and relevant.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Experience:

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with social media
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively

Salary: £15,704 per annum.

Working week: Monday to Friday - no weekends.
