DIGITAL PRODUCT ANALYST - LONDON

THE COMPANY

We have partnered with a renowned online forum on a key Digital Product Analyst hire. You will focus on improving customer retention and acquisition, as well as conducting A/B testing and experimentation.

THE ROLE

The successful Digital Product Analyst responsibilities will include:

• Analyse user behaviour and engagement within the online forum to identify trends and patterns
• Develop and implement metrics to measure customer retention and conversion rates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Conduct thorough analysis of user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
• Utilise A/B testing and other methodologies to optimise the customer experience and drive conversions
• Create and present detailed reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Digital Product Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience as a Digital Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google or Adobe Analytics
• Experience with A/B testing and CRO methodologies
