We are embarking on a multi-year programme, starting with a CMS replatforming in 2025, which will pave the way for a unified, customer-centric digital experience for beneficiaries, supporters, members, and volunteers. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and technical requirements, turning them into detailed product backlogs and user stories that can be effectively delivered by our development teams. With your technical expertise, you will ensure that each feature is built on a foundation of sound development practices, maintaining a focus on quality and adaptability as the digital landscape evolves.We’re looking for someone with a passion for technology and a strong understanding of how digital products are built and refined. You’ll have the experience and knowledge to manage external development capacity, making sure that technical solutions are aligned with both user demands and long-term business strategies.
