Digital Support Apprentice - QA : Job Details

We Love Your Projects are an experienced company who specialise in kitchens, bathrooms, extensions, all aspects of boiler & electrical works and more. The company are based in Hillington and have a strong history of supporting apprentices. Within their trades team, they currently have 3 apprentices and have supported office apprentices via QA before.

This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career within a busy office environment.

What does the role look like?

• Act as 1st point of contact for customer on the telephone to provide updates on jobs as well as assign tasks to engineers
• By the end of your apprenticeship, you will be an expert on JobLogic (service management software) where you will align engineers to specific jobs requested by customers. You will also use Joblogic to send invoices
• Become a pro of SharpSpring (a CRM system) which you will use to store customer data and send updates from
• Order materials for job using various platforms
• Manage individual diary using MS Outlook
• Post regular social media update for We Love Your Projects
