Director | London/Berkshire | Hybrid working | International client base & travel

Are you an ambitious Chartered Accountant with post-qualification experience and the career aim of developing your career to Director or Partner?

Build upon your ACA or ACCA qualification and UK Mid-Tier or Boutique Firm experience to build strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues and deliver high-quality, technically excellent work.

You will be responsible for a portfolio for clients, from a wide range of sectors based in the UK or Internationally and provide a range of services to them including:

• Corporate Reporting & Governance, Audit & Statutory Accounts review
• Fundraising, Mergers, Acquisitions, Restructures, Company formations
• Projects including Software Implementations, Risk Reviews, Regulatory changes
• Tax planning, Transfer pricing, Share schemes, Trusts

Requirements:

It is anticipated you will be able to offer:

• ACA or ACCA qualified, 3 or more years post-qualification experience gained in a UK Mid-Tier or Independent Firm.
• Experience as an Audit Manager, Audit & Accounts, Tax, or Business Services Manager in Insolvency or Restructuring.
