Job Purpose:

• Managing a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality accounting, tax, and business advisory services
• Providing strategic advice to clients and identifying opportunities to enhance their financial success
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as their main point of contact
• Supervising and mentoring junior staff, reviewing their work, and supporting their development
• Working closely with partners to ensure seamless service delivery and support business growth
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and tax regulations

Candidate Requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified with extensive experience in a senior leadership role within a UK accountancy practice
• Qualified by experience also considered
• Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing senior staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth
• Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and the ability to drive business development initiatives
• In-depth knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
