I'm working with a entrepreneurial Boutique Company who require an experienced M&A professional with Media, or Technology experience, who is highly driven to make an impact in continuing to drive the business forward.With main office in the US, this bank has a great reputation and highly regarded in their field, with impressive creds, this is a fast paced environment within a small team offering a great culture and unique opportunities. You will need an ability to lead the full deal process with a high level of autonomy, including all aspects and experience in the legal documents associated with M&A deals. Ability to work well with other members and mentor the team, including training others.They do require an ACA qualification or equivalent , excellent client relationship skills and communication skills required.Skills and Experience

• ACA Qualified or equivalent
• Over 8 years experience in M&A
• Actively involved in business development
• Understanding of the Media Sector
• Highly personable and motivated to continue the on-going growth
