• NMC Registration: A nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD) with a valid UK NMC PIN.
• Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managerial roles (e.g., Ward Manager, Director of Clinical Services), with strong leadership and decision-making capabilities. A forward-thinking, proactive, and creative approach to problem-solving is essential.
• Budget Management: Demonstrated experience in managing clinical budgets and resources effectively.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of statutory regulations and their application in a mental health setting.
• People Management: A strong background in people management, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff while developing high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
