• Award winning national multidisciplinary construction consultancy, with offices predominantly covering the South of England.
• 150+ employees across the business, with an existing team of 18 in Bristol consisting of Architects, Building Surveyors, Project Managers & Quantity Surveyors.
• Well established and forward-thinking business, with over 50 years’ experience in the industry and an excellent reputation in the Southwest market.
• Solid workstream already in place, with many long standing and repeat clients in the local area. Currently working across a range of sectors including Education, Higher Education, Healthcare, MOJ, and Commercial.

The Opportunity:

• If successful, you will have the autonomy and backing to lead the Bristol office YOUR WAY. This includes recruitment and growth strategy, the chance to break into new sectors, and open brand-new service lines.

The Person:

• Already operating at Associate level or above, ideally from a Building Surveying, Project Management OR Quantity Surveying consultancy background.
