Director - Real Estate M&A - eFinancialCareers : Job Details

The team provide advisory services across M&A, restructuring, debt advisory and capital markets and have coverage across all major RE asset classes. They have recently secured a number of high-quality mandates and as such, need to bolster their ranks at the senior level. 

The Director role is for someone with a pre-existing track record in RE M&A/capital raising and ideally with some exposure to residential and hospitality asset classes. Technical skills are a must but the capability to manage client and investor relationships successfully as well as devising and executing business plans is essential. If this individual does have a network to leverage from and origination capability also, that would be a huge value-add.
