Broadgate are excited to be partnering with an International Bank who are looking for a Director Workout LoansOverview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Loan Workout Director to lead our loan workout and restructuring efforts. This role is crucial in managing distressed assets, optimizing recovery strategies, and driving solutions that align with our clients' needs and the bank's objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of credit risk management and strong leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the loan workout and restructuring process for distressed loans, ensuring effective strategies for resolution.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to loan workouts, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk management, legal, and client relationship managers, to assess and address complex loan situations.
• Analyze financial data and market trends to inform decision-making and recovery strategies.
• Report on loan performance, workout outcomes, and recovery metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial lending, loan workouts, or credit risk management, preferably within a banking environment.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, restructuring processes, and legal frameworks related to loan workouts.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
