The Role:The successful candidate will manage a caseload of litigated disease claims, including noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL), HAVS, upper limb disorders, and asbestos-related injuries. They will also support senior colleagues with complex and high-value cases, gaining exposure to a variety of work within an experienced and well-established team. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of disease claims efficiently and effectively.
- Drafting legal documents, including strategy reports, pleadings, and advice.
- Conducting legal research and investigations.
- Attending conferences, court hearings, and client meetings.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other parties.
- Contributing to business development and client relationship initiatives.
- Meeting deadlines, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
About You:The ideal candidate will have experience handling NIHL, HAVS, and asbestos-related claims. A background as a Paralegal, Legal Executive, or Solicitor with up to 3 years of PQE is preferred. The role requires strong litigation skills, technical ability, and a client-focused approach.Key Attributes:
