A Dispatch Assistant role has become available in a leading industrial manufacturing firm. This position requires a keen eye for detail, organisational skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Our client is a well-established industrial manufacturing firm with a large presence in Warrington.

Description

The key responsibilities of aDispatch Assistant candidate will include, but may not be limited to;

• To record sample dispatch records according to procedures.
• Organise stores so that samples are identifiable and accessible.
• Ensure commercial samples are dispatched within an agreed timescale.
• To report sample dispatch statistics to Lab Manager.
• To assist in assigned product and process development.
• To plan all work assigned on a daily basis, meeting agreed deadlines.
• To ensure that all work carried out is recorded in the appropriate format.

Profile

A successful Dispatch Assistant should have:

• A-level of HNS in Science, preferably chemistry.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and team-working skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft software
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to commute to Warrington.
