Zest Optical are working with a leading online Optical supplier to hire a full time Dispensing Optician into their growing head office team.

You will work as part of the E-commerce team with a focus on customer service and dealing with all incoming enquiries and orders.

Dispensing Optician - Role

• Leading online Opticians with an excellent reputation
• Office based role working in their Central London head office
• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
• Provide expert advice and guidance on prescriptions, lenses, and eyewear options
• Ensure accurate and meticulous dispensing of optical products
• Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
• Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
• Development opportunities into team management

Dispensing Optician - Requirements

• Qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC
• Passion for high quality eyewear and service to match
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A keen eye for detail and an organized approach to handling multiple tasks

Dispensing Optician - Salary

• Base salary paying £35,000

• Range of additional benefits
