You will have trained and gained experience in a noted team were you will have had exposure to a high grade of work including general commercial disputes, contractual disputes, liability claims, defamation cases , insolvency and professional negligence.

It is anticipated you will have negotiation and mediation skills and have worked across differing sectors, such as SME's, global corporations, education, government, IT and much more. 

What is important here is that you are actively looking for s new challenge to help build up both your own profile at that of the team in Southampton - you should be at solicitor, associate or senior associate level and the firm would be looking at their succession planning.
