DAY TO DAY* Managing a varied caseload of Housing Dispute Resolution files, including but not limited to Criminal Activities, anti-social behaviour, Nuisance behaviour, homelessness, landlord & Tennant etc.

Depending on your experience and PQE level, there Will be managerial responsibilities too. EXPERIENCE:* Qualified Solicitor * Solid experience in housing management dispute resolution * Litigated background. * Managerial experience is a bonus, there is opportunity to progress into this position if you do not have this already.
