Senior Associate – Dispute Resolution & Property Damage

My client is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Dispute Resolution & Property Damage team in Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, large loss claims for an outstanding roster of clients, including major insurers and corporate entities, while benefiting from genuine career progression prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload of complex and large-loss claims
• Engaging in appearance work and instructing Counsel in high-value Commercial Court actions and Arbitrations
• Collaborating with other teams and specialists within the firm to deliver high-quality, commercial legal solutions
• Working closely with an expanding client base, building and maintaining long-lasting relationships

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in insurance litigation or a strong background in commercial disputes
• Proven ability to handle high-value and complex cases
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in IT systems relevant to the legal field
• A proactive, well-organised individual with the commercial acumen to deliver results for clients
