This is an incredibly exciting time within Access ERP as we drive towards a new ERP Suite proposition covering Finance, HR and Payroll and this role will be instrumental in owning and delivering our marketing strategy to drive marketing and sales sourced pipeline.You will own, build and help run thoroughly planned and flawlessly executed high quality multi-channel inbound and outbound marketing programs. Working collaboratively across content, digital, product, product marketing, BDR, sales and sales enablement to define customer needs and their desired business outcomes to accelerate growth in this market.Day-to-day, you will:? • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies to meet pipeline and revenue goals, focusing on key personas and sales objectives.• Manage inbound and outbound demand generation channels, including ABM, digital advertising, email, SEO, webinars, events, and social media.• Implement a KPI-driven approach, leveraging marketing tools, content, and engagement while collaborating closely with Sales, Account Management, and Sales Development.• Continuously optimise marketing programs, evaluate B2B strategies, and improve sales velocity through customer-focused, personalised content and ABM tactics.Your skills and experiences might also include:?? • Experienced growth marketer with expertise in demand generation, ABM, and collaboration with Sales teams, especially in the B2B software space.• Strong background in sales enablement, customer journey mapping, and optimising conversion rates across the sales and marketing funnel.• Highly data-driven with proficiency in marketing technology (Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics) and ABM tools (DemandBase).• Proven success in executing multi-channel demand generation programs, including SEO/SEM, PPC, email, social media, and events.What are we all about??
