Description
- Producing, editing and formatting legal documents to a high standard of accuracy
- Maintaining filing systems and ensuring all documents are correctly stored
- Acting as a point of contact for any document-related queries
- Working closely with other members of the secretarial and business support team
- Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
- Managing workload effectively to meet tight deadlines
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of document production processes
- Complying with all firm-wide policies and procedures
