Document Review Paralegal French-Speaking - Goodman Masson : Job Details

We are looking to speak with professionals to join an Investment Banking client of ours based in Central London. You will be working on a documentation review project.

You will be working with ISDA, CSA, GMRA and Derivative documentation alongside the in-house software to help digitise and amend these documentation. You will be expected to leverage your legal knowledge and expertise to carry out this project.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years' experience as a Paralegal within investment banking or financial services.
• Must be fluent in French.
• Prior knowledge of ISDA documents, CSAs and GMRAs is desired, but not a must.
• Derivative documentation experience is desired.

Benefits

This will be an initial contract until the end of the year, with the expecation to be extended.

Salary package of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
