Domestic Assistant - Driver - CTS Recruitment LTD : Job Details

We are currently recruiting for Domestic Assistant to work at one of our clients in the Hertfordshire area. The hospital is in a very rural area without any public transport routes so you will require a car. You will preferably have 6 months experience in a cleaning role and be able to provide checkable work references. This role will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and also you must have a valid right to work in the UK. This would ideally suit someone who is looking for a permanent role but temporary is also an option.

Job description

You will be responsible for ensuring the hospital is cleaned to a very high standard including wards, office spaces and bedrooms and common passageways. You should have a good work ethic and be able to work collaboratively with other colleagues with displaying good customer service skills and a positive demeanour at all times.

Duties are as follows

• Clean all areas of the hospital to a high standard
• Be able to take instruction from senior colleagues and conduct yourself in professional manner at all times
• Develop good relationships with colleagues, visitor and service users
• Be able to work on your own initiative and able to resolve any issues that present themselves
• Ensuring that you adhere to the security of the hospital and following the companies policies and procedures

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will

• 6 months experience in a similar role
• Have a access to car
• DBS on line or willing to apply for an enhanced DBS
• Be reliable and accept responsibility
• Excellent communicator
